Would we be able to independently go off-site (as in drive ourselves into the city)?
Yes - you will be welcome to go off-site independently. All we ask is that you email rally@ssago.org to let us know that you don't need lunch/to request a packed lunch, and that you let us know on the Event Hotline if you're running late and need food to be kept back for you.
Will there be any vegetable sides with the meals? I understand that there will be beans on Friday dinner, Sat & Sunday breakfasts and potatoes at Saturday lunch and for dinner too but was wondering if any more are planned?
The chilli on the Friday night will be a vegetable chilli, and as such there are no plans to provide additional vegetables on the side, although we will have salsa available as a topping. We will be serving carrots and brocolli alongside the bangers and mash on the Saturday evening. I've updated the menu page on the website to make the menu more clear. Feel free to email catering@tpr.ssago.org if you'd like any more detail!
